At OUT Sports Quad Cities, our Code of Conduct is not just a formality or a document that sits on a shelf—it is the foundational blueprint for how we operate every single day. We hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards, maintaining a strict, zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or misconduct of any kind. We believe that an uncompromising commitment to respect, and accountability is what safeguards our community and ensures an inclusive environment for everyone. Upholding these principles is a shared responsibility, and we will treat every violation with seriousness, taking necessary action to protect our teams and preserve the trust we have built within our community.
